DELL

Dell Technologies is an American company founded by Michael Dell in 1984, offering computer technologies and solutions worldwide. The company has a wide range of products, including computer hardware, software, cloud solutions, and data management services.
The recent fundraising event at the Beverly Hilton was an organization where famous billionaires gathered to support the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF). Among the participants, Dell Inc. CEO Michael Dell and his wife Susan pledged $1.8 million; casino mogul Sheldon Adelson and his wife Miriam contributed $5 million; and Larry Ellison, co-founder of Oracle, donated $9 million.

HP

HP is an American technology company that provides computer hardware and software solutions worldwide. Founded in 1939 by Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard, HP produces products such as computers, printers, and servers. HP is also known for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), which offers business and government services.
HP-branded companies have been criticized for playing a significant role in the oppression faced by Palestinians. These companies are alleged to be complicit in Israel's occupation, settler-colonialism, and apartheid regime. They provide computer hardware to the Israeli army and operate data centers through their servers for the Israeli police. Notably, the Itanium servers supplied by HP are used to run the Aviv System, the computerized database of Israel's Population and Immigration Authority. This system forms the backbone of Israel's racial segregation and apartheid practices.
In 2015, HP split into two companies: HP Inc. for consumer hardware and Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) for business and government services. Both HP-branded companies continue to cooperate with Israel's apartheid regime and settler colonialism.

NVIDIA

Nvidia is a leading company in the field of graphics processing units (GPUs) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, founded in 1993. Recognized as one of the most valuable publicly traded chip companies in the world, Nvidia develops products for gaming, professional visualization, data centers, and the automotive market.
Nvidia announced that it would build Israel's most powerful supercomputer for artificial intelligence (AI) applications. This cloud-based system, named Israel-1, will cost hundreds of millions of dollars and is expected to be partially operational by the end of 2023. The supercomputer is anticipated to deliver performance of up to eight exaflops, making it one of the fastest AI supercomputers globally. Nvidia is collaborating with 800 startups in Israel, and this system is primarily intended for its Israeli partners. Moreover, this setup will accelerate training on large datasets necessary for solving more complex problems.

EBAY

eBay, founded in 1995, is a global American e-commerce platform. It allows users to buy and sell products through auction and fixed-price formats.
In March 2019, eBay launched the Retail Revival program in the Israel Export Zone, creating an e-commerce community to promote social and employment integration in collaboration with the Joint Link program and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.

MOOVIT

Moovit, an Israeli-based provider of public transport and mobility solutions, was founded in 2012. Reflecting Israel’s leadership in the tech world, the company now serves over 1.7 billion users across 112 countries. Moovit integrates various transportation options, such as public transit, bicycles, ride-sharing, and scooters, helping users make urban travel more efficient. Additionally, it manages the world's largest transit data repository, collecting 6 billion anonymous data points daily. In 2022, Moovit became part of Mobileye, another leading Israeli tech brand, accelerating the global advancement of autonomous transportation.

BOSCH

Bosch, founded in 1886 in Germany, is a provider of technology and services, operating in areas like automotive, energy, and building technology.
Bosch has established a research office in Tel Aviv. This office focuses on collaboration with scientific institutions and start-ups in fields such as machine learning, robotics, cybersecurity, connectivity, and IoT. Bosch CEO Denner emphasized that Israel is one of the most innovative countries per capita, and Tel Aviv stands out globally in terms of entrepreneurship. The Robert Bosch Venture Capital office in Tel Aviv provides capital to start-ups in the technology sector. Bosch has been operating in the Israeli market since 1965.

Zorlu Holding

Zorlu Holding meets 7% of its annual energy needs through partnerships in Israel involving power plants and energy investments. The company has stakes in three different power generation facilities in Israel.

Kaltix

This company is owned by Google.Amazon and Google are collaborating on the Nimbus project. This project is a $1.2 billion contract to provide cloud services to the Israeli military and government. BLOOMBERG

Michael Bloomberg is a former Mayor of New York City and the founder of Bloomberg LP. Following the Hamas attacks on October 7, he personally donated $2 million to support humanitarian aid for Israel. He also announced that he would match contributions to Magen David Adom, the Israeli Red Cross, effectively doubling the impact of donations. His commitment to philanthropy is well-known, and this recent donation underscores his ongoing support for humanitarian efforts in the region.

MOTOROLA

Motorola Inc. is a US-based electronics company. It generated $36.6 billion in revenue in 2007, with its mobile phone division accounting for half of this in 2008. In 2006, Motorola held a 21% share of the global mobile phone market, ranking second, but by 2008, it fell to fifth place. Motorola has a long history with Israel, dating back to before the country’s founding in 1948, when it supplied $125 million worth of communications equipment despite the Arab boycott. The company has its largest manufacturing facility in Israel and recorded $1.143 billion in sales revenue in 2007. Motorola develops military technologies for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and sells these products to global markets.

RAPYD VENTURES

Rapyd, an Israeli fintech unicorn founded in 2015, provides global payment solutions. The company is acquiring PayU Global Payment Organisation (GPO) for $610 million, financing the deal through an upcoming $700 million funding round. Rapyd operates the largest online payment network globally, supporting 65 different currencies across more than 170 countries, and serves over 250,000 customers worldwide.

ORACLE

Oracle has been operating in Israel for over 20 years.
It pledged to donate $1 million to Magen David Adom.
The company launched a fundraising campaign for Magen David Adom among its 150,000 employees worldwide and has promised to double the raised funds; so far, Oracle employees have raised over $600,000.
It has two R&D centers in Israel: Petah Tikva and Beersheva.
In October 2021, under CEO Safra Katz's leadership, Oracle built a $200 million underground data center in Jerusalem.

MICROSOFT

Microsoft has announced a significant investment in the Israeli market to establish its first cloud region in Israel. This investment expands Microsoft's global cloud infrastructure to 56 cloud regions across 21 countries. The new region is expected to be available starting in 2021, including Microsoft Azure and Office 365. Microsoft's cloud services comply with European data protection regulations and will provide innovative opportunities for Israeli startups to accelerate their digital transformation.

AMAZON

.Amazon and Google are collaborating on the Nimbus project. The Nimbus project is a $1.2 billion contract to provide cloud services to the Israeli military and government. SIEMENS

Siemens has strengthened its sustainable technology capabilities by acquiring a stake in the Israeli company Avara Power.This investment will enable the construction of Israel's first commercial solar farms.
Siemens will take a leading role in engineering, procurement, and construction.
The first project will involve building a solar plant in Kibbutz Ketura.
The strategic partnership between Siemens and Avara Power will enhance Israel's renewable energy infrastructure.

QUALCOMM

Qualcomm is a global chip manufacturer and telecommunications technology provider. The company is laying off around 30 employees in Israel, which accounts for about 5% of its local workforce; this is the latest in a series of cutbacks the company has made this year. Qualcomm operates two R&D centers in Israel: in Haifa and Hod Hasharon.
Earlier this month, the company announced it is acquiring Israel's Autotalks, which makes chips for preventing vehicle crashes, for an estimated $350-400 million. Qualcomm has previously acquired Israeli companies like Cellwize, Wilocity, and CSR Israel’s imaging unit.

TRIGO

Trigo, an Israel-based retail technology company, has partnered with Tesco to open the world’s first fully autonomous, checkout-free grocery store in one of London’s busiest commercial areas.
With Trigo’s technology, customers can walk in, pick items, and leave without stopping at the checkout, making payments digitally. This will be the first instance of a frictionless grocery store outside of Amazon. Trigo is also working with Germany’s REWE Group, Aldi Nord, and Israel’s Shufersal.

OVER WOLF

Overwolf is a software company founded in 2010 in Israel. The firm develops in-game applications and mods aimed at enhancing user gaming experiences.
Overwolf was founded by Uri Marchand, Gil Or, Alon Rabinowitz, and Nir Finkelstein with a cash seed investment from Joseph (Yossi) Vardi.
In September 2013, another $5.3 million was invested by Venture Capital Marker LLC.
At the start of their Beta release in 2011, Overwolf had 50,000 users. By early 2013, Overwolf had reached 1 million users.
In September 2012, Overwolf opened its Software Development Kit (SDK).
In June 2020, Overwolf acquired CurseForge from Twitch for an undisclosed sum.
In March 2022, Overwolf acquired the UK-based payment platform software specialist Tebex in a $29 million deal.

CISCO SYSTEME

Cisco Systems has announced its decision to open a branch in Ofakim, located in southern Israel. This move will contribute to Ofakim’s recovery efforts following the challenges faced on October 7. Cisco will collaborate with the local technology hub, Magnet, to offer courses and seminars, supporting local talent.
The company aims to equip local youth with IT skills in partnership with the Amal network and the Rashi Foundation. Oren Segal, CEO of Cisco Israel, emphasized the company's commitment to the region. Additionally, innovative education-focused methods will be implemented. Cisco's total investment volume in Israel has reached $7.2 billion.

IBM

IBM has acquired Israeli startup Databand.ai, which develops data observability software for data scientists and engineers. The deal was finalized in June, and Databand employees will join IBM's Data and AI division. This acquisition will enhance IBM’s portfolio of data and AI products. Founded in 2018, Databand offers a software platform that helps ensure data health and resolve quality issues. The data observability market is expected to grow from $13 billion in 2020 to nearly $20 billion by 2024.

SAP

SAP is a German business software maker that plans to provide wartime grants to its employees in Israel.
The company announced a one-time payment of NIS 6,500 ($1,619) per family member for employees living near the Gaza border who were evacuated.
SAP has committed to donate €250,000 to Magen David Adom (MDA) and to buy agricultural produce from farmers near the Gaza border.
